About the Role

We're looking for a highly organized, technically minded CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to execute lifecycle campaigns across multiple consumer brands in our portfolio, reaching players in the sports betting and casino gaming space. This is a direct-to-consumer marketing role focused on engaging, retaining, and reactivating our existing player base through in-app messaging, push,



and email — not a sales, business development, or lead generation position.

You'll work hands-on in Braze to build and QA campaigns spanning onboarding, retention, pre-churn, and reactivation, partnering closely with marketing and engineering to make sure every campaign hits the right audience, on time, and in line with retention and revenue goals. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives at the intersection of consumer lifecycle marketing, marketing technology, and creative execution.

Key Responsibilities

Build, test, and deploy lifecycle campaigns across email, push, and in-app messaging in Braze, covering onboarding, retention, pre-churn, and reactivation moments
Manage promotional campaigns targeted to specific player segments
Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure CRM workflows are technically sound and reach the right audience at the right lifecycle stage
