The Royal Caribbean Group’s HR Transformation Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Senior Manager, HR System Design reporting to the Director, HR System Design.

The position is onsite and based in Mexico City.

SUMMARY
The Senior Manager, HR System Design, is a strategic product leader responsible for the end-to-end ownership of our HR technology products, including SAP SuccessFactors and custom system applications. This role operates at the intersection of business strategy, product management, and technology delivery, ensuring solutions are aligned to enterprise priorities, scalable, and deliver measurable business value.
This leader executes again the organizations product vision, governs the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and drives execution across complex,



cross-functional environments. They serve as the primary bridge between HR, IT, and business stakeholders, translating strategic objectives into actionable product roadmaps and high-quality system outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Director, HR System Design, this role is responsible for overseeing designated products within the HR ecosystem and leading the execution of associated Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) initiatives.

Product Support & Execution
Support and Execute against the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for HR platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, case management, custom applications)
Align product direction with enterprise workforce strategy, HR transformation goals, and business priorities
Act as the voice of the customer and business, ensuring solutions meet user needs and deliver measurable outcomes
Analyze industry trends and emerging HR technology capa
