As an ADI Indirect Sourcing Representative, you will be an integral member of the ADI Integral Operations team. You will be responsible for providing the highest level of service to our end users as well as identifying and executing internal process improvements and workstream automation. In this role, you will work cross functionally with end users, accounts payable, finance, and the vendor community to maintain communication standards and manage all indirect sourcing mailbox requests through to accurate and timely completion.
**JOB DUTIES:
- Responsible for all functions involving ADI Indirect incoming order mailbox.
- Review request for accuracy and correctness.
- Take appropriate actions to comply with company policy.
- Work to attain required approvals and documents to process requests for Purchase Orders.
- Issue Purchase Orders in appropriate manner to assure correct accounting and timely payment.
- Function in NA and Europe environments utilizing different purchasing systems.
- Involvement in transitioning sourcing process from legacy system to Epicore system.Identify and act on opportunities for continuous improvement and process automation utilizing tools such as Smartsheets or Excel.
**YOU MUST HAVE:
- 2-4 years' experience in Sourcing, Purchasing, Customer Service
- Associates Degree or 4 years relevant experience
- English proficiency
- Strong Excel skills
- Smartsheet, Access, SQL experience a plus but not mandatory
- Clear and concise communicator both written and verbal
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented and expertise in administrative processes and systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- English proficiency
- Self-starter with ability to prioritize and work independentlyDynamic and energetic
