Level of Education:
Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
**Experience**:
1 year as a process or manufacturing technician or engineer.
Languages:
English 50%
Knowledge:
- SolidWorks software (medium level).
- Review, read and interpret 2D drawings and 3D models.
- Create Bill of Materials.
- Excel software (advanced level).
- Fabrication processes.
- Knowledge of MECHC commodities is a plus.
Activities:
- Responsible for reviewing new programs, understanding the customer requirements, negotiation with suppliers, obtaining competitive prices and participating in internal meetings to align quote strategies.
- Interpret customer technical documentation and understand the company manufacturing capabilities in order to make intelligent make or purchase decisions.
- Lead the estimation process and costing of RFQs assigned.




- Calculate process time and estimate costs of manufacturing for new projects.
- Generate summaries and reports necessary to present to Management for quote review and approvals.
