Account Manager – Exhibit Services & Project Coordination (Bilingual)

The Account Manager serves as a key partner to the Account Executive, acting as both a project manager and operational support lead. This role is responsible for coordinating exhibit services and project logistics from initial estimation through final billing, ensuring seamless communication and execution across internal teams, vendors, and clients.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Estimating & Cost Management





Develop and manage detailed service estimates for each project.
Research vendors, pricing, and service requirements to maximize cost efficiency.
Monitor project budgets and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Track presente expenses and compare costs against approved estimates.

Project Coordination & Execution

Serve as a primary point of coordination between Account Executives, vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding exhibit services.
Procure and manage show services, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
Track project milestones from pre-show planning through post-show completion.
Identify and resolve project challenges proactively.
Provide on-site support when required.

Financial & Administrative Support

Compile and organize project documentation for accounting and billing purposes.
Support invoicing activities and final project billing.
