Position Summary
We are seeking a highly operational, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to execute digital marketing activities in Brazil with discipline and consistency. This is primarily an execution role: publishing, updating, responding, coordinating, and reporting — reliably and on time.
The role supports B2B demand generation campaigns and marketing materials for the distribution channel (dealers), and supervises campaign execution carried out by the external digital agency.
Key Responsibilities
Execution & Deliverables
-Own and deliver the monthly content calendar for Brazil (social media, email/mailing campaigns, and web content), on time, every month.
-Execute social media campaigns and email marketing campaigns end to end: briefing, scheduling, publishing, and reporting.
-Support B2B demand generation campaigns and produce or coordinate marketing materials for the distribution channel (dealers).
Agency & Campaign Supervision
-Supervise and support paid media campaigns (SEM, paid social) executed by the external agency: review briefs, validate setup,
monitor pacing and performance, and flag issues early.
-Act as the day-to-day operational contact for the agency, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Social Media
-Monitor and respond to social media messages and inquiries within one business day.
-Manage social media publishing and community management according to the approved content calendar.
-Track social media performance and prepare a monthly report.
SEO & Content
-Research and write SEO-optimized content in Portuguese for websites, blogs, and landing pages.
-Coordinate content reviews and approvals with the Brazil Marketing Manager before publication.
-Conduct keyword research and support on-page SEO optimization.
Website & CMS Management
-Update website content using the company's Content Management System (CMS).
-Ensure website pages are accurate, up to date, and optimized for user experience and search engines.
