Position Summary

The Manager, Digital + Tech Transformation Property Finance Specialist CALA
plays a critical role in Marriott’s Digital and Technology Transformation,
reporting to the Director, Finance Operations, with a dotted line to the Sr.
Director, Digital + Technology Transformation Lead CALA.

This role will provide a bridge between current and future hotel finance
operations, guiding deploying hotels on the new systems and business processes
that support the guest journey to ensure a smooth transition and cutover. They
will provide workshops and training to transitioning hotels, ensuring that
property teams are fully prepared to operate with the new systems from Day 1.

As Manager, Digital & Technology Transformation, Property Finance Operations
Specialist, you will spearhead the adoption of advanced property finance tools
and systems across hotels in CALA, ensuring seamless integration and enhanced
financial processes. Your responsibilities include delivering comprehensive
training and ongoing support for key platforms such as Opera, payment processing
solutions,



and tax and fiscal compliance systems. You will guide teams in
utilizing these technologies to optimize financial operations, manage payments
efficiently, and maintain adherence to local and international tax regulations.
A robust understanding of property finance operations and related digital
platforms is crucial to drive Marriott’s ongoing digital transformation within
the hospitality finance sector.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Testing and Product Validation:

* Contribute to end-to-end business process validation testing for the
discipline, collaborating with relevant stakeholders in Finance and
Operations disciplines in CALA

End-to-End Deployment Validation:

* Lead validation of deployment resources, Land-It tasks, and other items to
ensure deployment readiness
* Align required changes with relevant stakeholders
