We are looking for a Junior IT Applications Manager to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.
This role is idóneo for a leadership-driven, analytical, and decisive individual who understands how to manage and evolve Aeromexico’s Crew Management application ecosystem, ensuring the availability, stability, security, and continuous improvement of business applications and their integrations. The role is responsible for delivering efficient application support, managing technology changes and initiatives, overseeing the associated budget, and training end users to improve operational efficiency and support regulatory compliance across the Crew and Flight Operations areas.
Educational requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Advanced English.
Experience:
Experience managing critical enterprise applications.
Experience leading cross-functional teams.
Experience coordinating with external vendors.
Skills to succeed:
Knowledge of Jeppesen (preferred).
Knowledge of Crew Management and Flight Operations systems.
Experience managing SLAs and KPIs.
Knowledge of Service Management technologies.
