Your Success Profile
What You Will Work On
Own the full technical and operational setup for international hires, including the execution of employment agreements, statutory policy alignment, local enrollments, and the successful implementation of local benefit enrollments to ensure 100% Day 1 compliance.
Identify customer needs during the implementation phase to recommend essential supplemental services, including but not limited to, IT provisioning, background checks, supplemental benefits, and more.
Lead high-impact initiatives to improve the customer and employee journey and drive efficiency across the onboarding experien
