Objective of this position:
This Pricing Agent, position is for a role in Expeditor´s Global Quoting Desk Team. The Global Quoting desk team support coordinating spot requests within network, managing price quotations related to air,
ocean, and road transport for specific Expeditors global customers, while being the main point of communication contact with customers.
What You’ll Do
✔ Coordinate spot quote requests across our international network
✔ Be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and accurate responses
✔ Manage customer deadlines and update internal systems consistently
✔ Support win‑ratio and revenue growth while delivering exceptional customer service
✔ Ensure full compliance with internal procedures and external regulations
✔ Collaborate closely with Account Management and partner branches
✔ Track KPIs and contribute to performance and process improvements
