How will you fit in the big picture?

The Manager Security is responsible for the local design, coordination, and control of cross-functional security processes, procedures, and programs. This position supports Global Security by helping protect Hershey facilities, associates, visitors, assets, products, supply chain operations, and brand reputation across U.S. operations.





You will participate in crisis management, site assessments, food defense, integral supply chain security, traveler and visitor protection, workplace violence mitigation, security training, investigations, and security integration with operations. This role also works closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, law enforcement, first responders, and contract security teams to support effective security operations and compliance.

Develop, maintain, and support local and company Crisis Management programs through training, drills, threat monitoring, emergency readiness, documentation, and engagement with law enforcement and first responders.
