Role: Quickbase Developer & Administrator
Open to all LATAM 100% remote
Laptop: client gives one, however they can start with a personal one while the work one arrives.
Contractor role/Payment in USD

Responsibilities:
Application Development:
Design, develop, and maintain Quickbase applications.
Implement process improvements, enhancements, and bug fixes.
Extend Quickbase functionality with custom scripts (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, PHP).
System Administration:
Manage and support multiple mission-critical Quickbase applications.
Oversee access controls and security permissions.
Ensure data integrity and perform regular backups.
Integration and Optimization:
Integrate Quickbase with other systems via API.
Identify opportunities to optimize workflow and reporting.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize development and optimization tasks.
User Support and Training:
Provide support to end-users and troubleshoot issues.




Conduct training sessions for users on Quickbase functionalities.
Document application processes and updates.
Required Skills:
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Quickbase application development.
Knowledge of relevant programming languages (JavaScript, HTML, PHP).
Experience with API integrations.
Database design and management.
Alteryx (query data) - this is preferable, not a strong must
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Certifications and Experience:
Quickbase Expert Builder Certification (preferred).
At least 3 years of experience in Quickbase development and administration.
A degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
