Help Build the Commercial Team of a Growing International Company
Next Shore is an international sourcing, manufacturing, logistics and supply chain company that helps leading consumer brands develop and deliver retail solutions throughout North America.
We partner with manufacturers across Mexico, Asia and Latin America while supporting customers in the United States with custom retail displays, packaging, fixtures, logistics and supply chain solutions.
We’re looking for ambitious professionals who want to build a long-term career in business development and enterprise sales.
This is not a traditional sales position.
You’ll work directly with the company’s founders, helping develop relationships with some of North America’s most recognized brands while learning international business, manufacturing, logistics and strategic account management.

What You’ll Do
As a Business Development Representative,



your primary mission is to generate qualified business opportunities and build long-term customer relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
Researching prospective customers and industries
Identifying decision makers within target companies
Conducting outbound outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn
Scheduling introductory meetings for senior leadership
Maintaining accurate CRM records
Following up on existing opportunities
Supporting customer meetings and presentations
Attending trade shows and networking events
Collaborating with marketing to execute outbound campaigns
Learning our customers’ businesses to uncover future opportunities
