Sales Analyst (eCommerce) - Vans




This position is responsible for analyzing Vans eCommerce performance data and supporting the development and execution of tactics to optimize channel performance and maintain healthy KPIs (Sell-In, Sell-Out, Sell-Thru, Months of Stock, Replenishment, Revenue, Upsell, Cross-sell).
Additionally, the role includes the creation and tracking of monthly Purchase Orders (POs), cross-functional collaboration (Sales Ops, Planning, Customer Service, Marketing), and ongoing client communication to support performance analysis, commercial execution and a seamless Vans consumer experience online.

Years of Related Professional Experience:
2 years of Retail and/or Sales planning.
Educational/Position Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields
Skills:
Data and Analytical Skills – Ability to use Data Driven Insights.
High customer focus with the ability to drive for results.
English: Intermediate-Advanced level is highly preferred.
