**Main Responsibilities**:
- Support on Disposal at the MTC (inventory equipment, process with the Fixed Assets, Filling documents, Escort the Vendor during the activity, coordinate with local Facility the disposal, assure the Service Now is updated with the disposal of PCs, between other activities, review the equipment is really wipeout).
- Support on Donations (review equipment is wipeout, conditions of equipment, inventory between other activites)
- Coordinate the IT Inventory Tags request/send to Mexico/Honduras Locations
- Support on PC Refresh program helping on contacting the users for the backup/schedule the change
- Review Cybersecurity training reports to provide follow up with Local Human Resource contacts to help us to complete the training
- Support on Cybersecurity Social events locally in MTC
**Requirements**:




- Microsoft office.
- Intermediate English level.
- Current Student (Computer Systems Engineer, Business Management Engineering or Business Administration)
- Availability to work from Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 3:30pm.
- Current student in last semesters
- RFC (mandatory).
- Proactive.
