**YOU MUST HAVE**
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Proven ability to lead technical projects.
- Experience in developing new products and processes.
- Advanced English.
- Willingness to travel.
- Expertise in metalworking processes (laser, welding, bending, CNC).
- Drawing interpretation and experience with geometric tolerances.
- Softwares: NX, Autocad and/or Solidworks.
- Relevant experience with line transferences.
