**Role Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
This is a full-time remote role, but you must be able to work during the hours of 9am-5pm EST to ensure overlap with our clients in various time zones.
The main responsibilities include:
- Analyzing and interpreting complex data sets
- Overseeing the execution, monitoring, and fine-tuning of pay per call campaigns with Ringba software, ensuring they meet our KPIs
- Conducting thorough analyses of campaign data to spot trends, identify opportunities for growth, and pinpoint areas needing improvement.
- Utilize data-driven insights for decision-making and enhancing campaign outcomes.
- Fostering strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Maintaining open lines of communication with our internal media buying team regarding campaign outcomes and strategic advice to drive business growth.
- Communicating with clients daily to ensure we are meeting our KPIs
**Requirements Needed To Succeed In This Role**:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related discipline




- Analytical skills, including the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets using data analysis methodologies and tools
- Technical aptitude in marketing technologies, encompassing CRM systems, analytics platforms, and campaign management tools
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
- Exceptional problem-solving ability with a strategic and analytical approach to thinking
