We are seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to lead multiple high-performing engineering squads and drive the delivery of scalable, secure, and business-critical software solutions.
This role combines technical leadership, people management, and strategic execution. You will work closely with Engineering, Architecture, Product, Design, and Agile teams to define technical direction, remove roadblocks, promote engineering excellence, and ensure successful product delivery.

What You'll Do
Lead and mentor multiple Software Development teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
Define clear objectives, KPIs, and success metrics to track engineering performance and delivery outcomes.
Drive technical decision-making and guide teams toward scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
Remove technical impediments and proactively address development challenges.




Collaborate with Architecture teams to design and implement modern software solutions.
Promote engineering best practices, coding standards, and software quality across squads.
Conduct code reviews and provide technical coaching to engineering teams.
Translate business and system requirements into actionable development plans and measurable deliverables.
Identify and resolve technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and architectural deficiencies.
Partner with Product Management, Design, Agile Coaches, and Engineering Leadership to align technical priorities with business goals.
Oversee CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and release management processes.
Champion innovation and continuously improve development processes, tools, and technologies.
Ensure high availability, reliability, security, and performance of applications and services.
