Main Duties
Your key responsibilities will include:
Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, spirits, wines, and other beverages to guests, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality in every drink
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders, making recommendations, and providing information about the menu offerings
Create innovative and visually appealing cocktails using fresh ingredients, house-made syrups, and premium spirits, following Zuma's recipes and standards
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including bar tools, glassware, and garnishes, in compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards
