Main Duties
Your key responsibilities will include:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen
Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously, presenting dishes in an appealing and visually pleasing manner
Anticipate guests' needs and preferences, making recommendations and offering assistance with menu selections as needed
Monitor tableware, glassware, and utensils to ensure cleanliness and replace items as necessary
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions about the menu, providing information about ingredients and preparation methods, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly
