Technical Sales Engineer | Industrial B2B Sales

Euroamérica is expanding its commercial team and is looking for three Technical Sales Engineers with experience developing business in industrial markets.

Base salary: MXN $28,000 to $32,000 per month, depending on experience, plus an attractive commission scheme linked to sales results.

This opportunity is for engineers who enjoy B2B sales, opening new markets, developing relationships with industrial customers, and translating technical requirements into effective commercial solutions.

This is not a purely technical-support role or a position focused only on managing existing accounts. Success requires active prospecting, frequent customer interaction, disciplined follow-up, and the ability to manage opportunities from initial contact through negotiation and closing.

What you will do
Prospect and develop new industrial B2B customers.
Generate a qualified sales pipeline through cold outreach, referrals, networking, industry contacts, and customer visits.
Identify customers’ technical,



operational, and business needs through effective discovery.
Translate customer requirements into technical and commercial proposals.
Prepare quotations and maintain consistent follow-up until a decision is reached.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.
Build relationships with engineering, maintenance, production, projects, procurement, and management teams.
Coordinate with technical, operational, and supplier teams to develop the right solution for each customer.
Maintain accurate records of opportunities, activities, commitments, and next steps.
Follow up after the sale and identify opportunities to expand existing business.

Essential requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
