Vans LATAM Marketing Director
Vans is looking for a LATAM Marketing Director to lead the regional brand and business marketing strategy across Latin America. This is a high-impact leadership role with direct responsibility for shaping the Marketing agenda across multiple markets, ensuring that Vans’ global vision comes to life with local relevance, cultural authenticity and a strong connection with consumers.

Vans has more than 60 years of connecting with youth culture and continues to advocate for action sports while recognizing the global “Off The Wall” connection between the brand and art, music and street culture enthusiasts. This role will be key to strengthening Vans’ positioning across LATAM, elevating consumer experience, creativity, innovation and sustainable growth in key markets across the region.

Develop, lead and execute the integrated Marketing strategy for Vans in Latin America, ensuring the successful implementation of the brand’s global vision with strong local relevance, business impact, cultural connection and regional leadership.





Main Responsibilities
Define and lead the regional Marketing strategy for Vans LATAM, aligned with the integral brand vision and business objectives.
Oversee and guide the execution of brand, product and consumer campaigns across multiple markets in the region.
Act as a strategic partner to regional and global Marketing, Product, Sales and Finance teams.
Ensure the successful local adaptation of global initiatives while maintaining strategic consistency, brand authenticity and connection to the “Off The Wall” culture.
Plan, manage and optimize the regional marketing budget with a focus on impact, efficiency and ROI.
Lead, develop and challenge local and regional marketing teams, driving high performance and talent development.
Analyze consumer, market and competitive insights to support strategic decision-making.
Present results, progress and strategic plans to senior stakeholders at region
