Description

Aurora Energy Research is looking for a Market Lead, to build and lead our Mexico City office.

Based in Mexico (CDMX), this position sits on our senior leadership team, and you will own the commercial success, strategy, people and culture of Aurora’s growing Mexico market. Beyond leading advisory, you will build and run our Mexico City office and grow it over the coming years.

We support all parts of the investment cycle including strategy, market scanning, valuation and transaction support, forecasting and planning, and operational improvements. Key Responsibilities

Leadership: you’ll balance the delivery of advisory projects with leading, coaching and inspiring teams of analysts and energy modellers such that they continuously exemplify Aurora’s values, improve their performance capability and develop to their full potential. Beyond project delivery, you will build and grow the Mexico team, form a local leadership group with your most senior colleagues, coach and set high standards, and act as the senior guardian of a positive, high-performing culture.
