Position Summary
The Enrollment Specialist is responsible for generating new merchant enrollments by engaging healthcare providers, qualifying opportunities,
guiding practices through the enrollment process, and creating a seamless onboarding experience. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role serves as the first impression of United Credit and plays a critical role in growing our provider network. This is a high-activity, performance-driven inside sales role focused primarily on new enrollments, with a secondary responsibility of reactivating assigned accounts.
Essential Responsibilities
● Own the entire enrollment pipeline from initial outreach through underwriting approval.
● Work consumer-sourced leads where a patient has inquired about financing through United Credit but their provider is not yet enrolled: proactively contact the provider by phone and email, let them know a patient is actively seeking financing, and pitch enrollment in the United Credit platform.
● Make outbound calls daily and respond to inbound leads in a timely manner, maintaining high speed-to-l
