PROPÓSITO DEL TRABAJO:
Esta posición forma parte del equipo de Strategy & Innovation Marketing y será responsable de definir la estrategia de crecimiento y liderar la agenda de innovación de las marcas Magnum & Mordisko.
Desde un enfoque altamente analítico y de pensamiento estratégico, el rol tendrá la responsabilidad de construir la estrategia del segmento y transformarla en innovaciones relevantes y escalables, año tras año, basadas en insights accionables del consumidor y del mercado.
RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE:
Co-construir la estrategia de Magnum y de Mordisko, desarrollando un portafolio competitivo en distintos segmentos del mercado.
Diseñar y gestionar un funnel de innovación a 3 años, alineado a la estrategia y sustentado en insights de consumidor y datos de mercado.
Liderar las innovaciones end-to-end, en conjunto
