As our next IT Engineer you will be responsible for providing hands-on technical support and maintenance of IT infrastructure within an automotive manufacturing environment. This includes supporting end-user devices, managing network and server hardware, and ensuring the reliability and security of IT systems. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site setting.

What You’ll Be Doing
Provide first- and second-level support for hardware, software, and network issues across the manufacturing facility.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Support infrastructure components including servers, switches, routers, and wireless access points.
Monitor system performance and respond to alerts and incidents in a timely manner.
Assist with patch management, backups, and system updates.
Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, configurations, and support activities.
Collaborate with corporate IT teams on infrastructure projects and system rollouts.
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and procedures.
Provide technical guidance and training to end-users.
