Job Description
Key Responsibilities




Partner with regional leadership to drive strategic priorities, governance, and organizational effectiveness.
Lead portfolio and demand management governance across the Americas Commercial Information Technology organization.
Align technology investments, business priorities, and delivery roadmaps to maximize business value.
Consolidate and maintain visibility of product roadmaps across key Americas markets.
Facilitate portfolio prioritization discussions and support informed executive decision-making.
Drive standardized ways of working across countries, functions, and product teams.
Coordinate planning cycles, governance forums, leadership meetings, and operational reviews.
Deliver executive reporting, portfolio analytics, and actionable business insights.
Lead continuous improvement, productivity, and transformation initiatives across the region.
Develop scalable governance frameworks and best practices for integral adoption.
