The Job:
As a Production Supervisor, you’ll be part of our Operations team working as an onsite employee.
You’ll get to:
Responsible for start-upsend shifts of production lines on time. Supervises assigned staff. It is responsible for metrics
Administration and supervision of associates promoting compliance with EHS and quality guidelines.
Development of work plan, define priorities and order according to resources.
Responsible for compliance with the filling of the SQDCP and achievement of goals through continuous improvement.




Participate in continuous improvement events in assigned lines
Contribute to the 5's program of the plant, performing its monthly audits assigned on time and following up on the implementation or maintenance in its lines / areas .
Start/stop production lines/machines on time.
Follow-up of personnel with incidences of absenteeism or inappropriate behavior.
Check that the payroll of the associates is processed correctly.
Provide associates with appropriate protective equipment and replacement.
Participation in the development of Kaizen events for production lines.

3 years of relevant experience in supervisory positions, management of work teams.
5 years of experience in operation processes and manufacturing
