Senior Product Engineer
JOB SUMMARY
Provides advanced technical leadership and ownership of assigned products, customer accounts, and engineering initiatives throughout the product lifecycle. Responsible for driving engineering execution, product support, engineering changes, NPI activities, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives. Serves as the primary technical focal point for assigned programs while providing technical guidance and support to Product Engineers, Associate Product Engineers, Engineering Technicians,



and cross-functional teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own the technical performance and support strategy of assigned products, programs, or customer accounts.
• Analyze and evaluate Engineering Change Notices (ECN), Engineering Change Orders (ECO), customer requests, and product modifications to determine technical, operational, inventory, cost, and quality impacts.
• Lead implementation of engineering changes and coordinate cross-functional execution plans to ensure timely and effective deployment.
• Monitor engineering change metrics, identify performance gaps, and drive corrective actions to achieve established business objectives.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned customers regarding product support, engineering changes, technical escalations, and product lifecycle activities.
