**The Position**
- As a Marketing Project Management Coordinator at Novo Nordisk, based in Mexico City, MX, you will play a key role in supporting the Promotional Materials Management team. You will ensure that marketing plans are executed with precision, maintaining accuracy and completeness throughout, while serving as a key communicator for relevant updates during execution.- Your responsabilities includes:
- Manage resource allocation across all phases of project management, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
- Regularly interact with management, keeping them informed of project progress, and offering strategic insights.
- Support the planning and execution of projects related to the commercialization of Novo Nordisk products, aligning closely with cross-functional teams.
- Develop detailed execution plans based on commercial tactical plans to ensure seamless delivery.
- Assist in the PRB (Promotional Review Board) process by maintaining up-to-date information and partnering with PRB leads to meet their planning needs.
**Qualifications**
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- This person is expected to have fluent oral and written English.
- We would like to see someone with experience within the pharmaceutical industry and/or managing marketing projects is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required, experience using WorkFront software to manage projects is essential, and familiarity with Veeva Vault Promo Mats is a plus.
