**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support business objectives.
- Lead recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent for the organization.
- Develop and manage onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
- Create and implement employee development programs, including training and succession planning.
- Foster a positive work environment and manage employee relations to ensure high levels of employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with organizational goals.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with ISO certifications, including ISO IATF, ISO 14000, and ISO 45000.
- Manage the implementation and administration of HR systems, with experience in Tress payroll system being a plus.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and ensure the department is a trusted partner to all employees.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws and regulations.
- Experience with ISO certifications (ISO IATF, ISO 14000, ISO 45000) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems; experience with Tress payroll system is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build trust and credibility with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
