Objective
The Innovation Hub Platform Sr. Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the financial, operational, and administrative activities that enable the successful execution of Innovation Hub initiatives.



This position is responsible for coordinating purchase orders, payments, expense tracking, goods receipts, vendor-related processes, and operational workflows while ensuring compliance with internal controls, financial requirements, and organizational standards.

Serving as a key liaison between the Innovation Hub, Finance, Supply Chain, Accounts Payable, vendors, and other business partners, the role helps ensure accurate financial reporting, operational transparency, and seamless cross-functional collaboration. The Sr. Coordinator also contributes to process standardization, documentation, continuous improvement initiatives, and data-driven decision-making by maintaining high-quality records, generating meaningful reports, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and operational effectiveness.
