This role is designed for an experienced project management professional whose primary expertise has been centered on delivering strategic transformation programs for Treasury, Finance, Accounting, or enterprise financial systems.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives involving Treasury transformation, Finance modernization, or the implementation of enterprise financial platforms (ERP).

What you will work on

Lead programs focused on Treasury, Finance, Accounting, or Financial Bank Systems modernization.
Manage end-to-end implementation of financial ERP platforms and enterprise finance applications, ensuring successful delivery across scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
Develop project governance frameworks, implementation roadmaps, integrated project plans, resource strategies, and executive reporting.
Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and escalation processes while ensuring adherence to governance standards.




Partner with executive stakeholders to align transformation initiatives with strategic business priorities.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal controls, and corporate governance throughout project execution.
Drive process optimization, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies across Treasury and Finance organizations.
Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and steering committees.
Support the successful execution and stabilization of projects already in progress by strengthening governance and delivery execution.
