About The Role

The LATAM Sales Training & Enablement team is looking for a Sales Training Specialist to support Acquisition and Expansion sales teams across Latin America.

In this role, you'll help design, deliver, and scale impactful training programs that strengthen commercial, product, and systems knowledge across sales and account management teams. You'll partner closely with stakeholders across the business to identify learning needs, develop enablement solutions, and ensure teams have the skills and resources they need to succeed.

What You'll Do

Manage the implementation of key sales enablement programs across LATAM markets, including onboarding, product training, systems training, sales skills development, partner management, and go-to-market initiatives
Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Account Management, Commercial Operations, HR, Product,



and other teams to assess learning needs and align on enablement priorities
Design, deliver, and maintain training materials and documentation that support the adoption of sales tools, products, processes, and best practices
Coordinate and facilitate training sessions in collaboration with regional and integral teams
Create and update learning content independently and in partnership with instructional design teams
Serve as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Commercial Operations teams to ensure learners have access to accurate and relevant information
Take a learner-first approach by building programs that drive performance while maximizing engagement and efficiency
Define success metrics and measure the impact of training programs on business and team outcomes
