About the role requirements:
You'll thrive here if you have proven track record of:
* Turning KPIs into business decisions that drive marketplace growth.
* Scaling driver acquisition while building long-term retention strategies.
* Optimizing marketplace health by balancing driver supply and customer demand.
* Designing and executing growth strategies—not just managing day-to-day
operations.
* Leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams with a strong
ownership mindset.
* Influencing cross-functional and senior stakeholders across local and
regional teams, including Hong Kong.
* Challenging the status quo, identifying opportunities, and continuously
improving processes through data and innovation.
We're looking for someone with:
* 4+ years in Growth, Marketplace, Operations, ride hailing, last delivery,
Supply roles.
* Experience managing driver/courier supply in ride-hailing, delivery,
logistics, or similar platforms.
* Proven experience optimizing: Driver acquisition, Driver activation, Driver
retention, Incentives, Utilization, Fulfillment.
* Strong leadership experience.
* Advanced Excel and analytical mindset.
* Fluent English (daily collaboration with regional teams).
