- Elaboración de gráficos mensuales de gastos del área.
- Seguimiento de pago facturas sistema en SAP.
- Revisión, control y seguimiento a reembolso de gastos sistema Concur.
- Coordinación de rutas de transporte para personal.
- Administración de flotillas de autos.
- Gestión y control de tarjetas de gasolina y tag.
- Auditorías a servicios de comedor y transporte.
- Gestión de servicios de comedor especiales.
- Participación en eventos masivos para el personal.
- Atención a todo el personal.
- Apoyo en la administración de gimnasio.
