We are looking for a

Senior Python Engineer, Growth

Design and build backend services and data pipelines that power growth experiments, analytics, and ML-backed product features to improve activation and retention.

Tasks

Design and implement scalable Python services and APIs (Django, FastAPI, or similar).
Build reliable ETL pipelines, event ingestion, and feature stores to enable experimentation and analytics.
Instrument product features for rigorous A/B testing and causal analysis.
Collaborate with data scientists to productionize models and implement model-driven growth loops.
Improve observability, reliability, and cost-efficiency of backend systems on cloud platforms.

Requirements

4+ years backend/Python experience, building production services and data pipelines.
Experience with data engineering, event design, and experimentation platforms.
Comfort with SQL, data modeling, and cloud infra (AWS/GCP) including serverless or containerized deployments.
Familiarity with MLOps patterns and productionizing models is a plus.
