Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Junior Partnerships Manager to join our growing Mexican team. This role offers a unique opportunity to get hands-on experience at the intersection of talent management, project execution, and strategic growth.

You will support the Partnerships department in managing talent campaigns,



growing our presence in our Mexican and LATAM markets, and assisting with creative activations. This is the ideal role for someone looking to grow within the sports, content, or influencer marketing industries, and who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

What You’ll Do

Support day-to-day talent management, including coordination of deliverables, timelines, and communication with talents.
Assist in expanding Double Tap’s presence in our Mexican and LATAM markets by identifying LATAM-based talent and brand opportunities.
Manage and execute campaign deliverables from start to finish, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and creator timelines.
Act as a point of contact between creators, brands, and internal departments to ensure seamless project execution.
Assist with reporting, campaign recaps, and case studies for clients and internal use.
