Position Objective
To coordinate the efficient distribution of products from OSW warehouses to customers across Mexico. This role is responsible for planning and booking domestic transport, coordinating freight providers, monitoring deliveries, controlling freight costs, and ensuring orders are delivered accurately and on time while providing excellent customer service.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Distribution & Transport Coordination
Coordinate daily deliveries from the warehouse to customers throughout Mexico.
Book transport with approved freight companies and logistics providers.
Obtain and compare freight quotations to achieve the best balance of cost and service.
Plan deliveries based on shipment size, weight, destination and customer requirements.
Track shipments from dispatch through to final delivery.
Proactively resolve transport delays, damages and delivery issues.
Coordinate urgent and priority customer deliveries.
Ensure proof of delivery documentation is received and maintained.
Distribution Operations
Coordinate daily outbound shipments from the warehouse.




Work closely with the Warehouse and Sales teams to ensure customer orders are dispatched on time.
Monitor delivery schedules and communicate shipment updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate stock transfers between warehouse locations when required.
Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and service levels.
Assist in maintaining high customer satisfaction through effective logistics coordination.
Freight Provider Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with transport providers.
Negotiate freight rates where appropriate.
Monitor carrier performance and delivery reliability.
Source alternative transport solutions when required.
Recommend improvements to freight providers and transport processes.
Administration & Reporting
Maintain accurate freight bookings and shipment records.
Verify freight invoices and transport charges.
Update ERP and operational sys
