About the Position
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager – Manufacturing to join our growing
team in Santa Catarina, Mexico. In this role, you will lead cross-functional
manufacturing programs supporting the delivery of high-quality custom mechanical
parts for global customers. You will act as the primary point of contact for
assigned projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
This opportunity is adecuado for a technically strong project leader with hands-on
experience in CNC machining, injection molding, tooling, sheet metal, or related
manufacturing environments who thrives in fast-paced, customer-focused settings.
What You’ll Do
* Lead end-to-end execution of manufacturing projects from kickoff through
production and delivery
* Develop and manage detailed project plans aligned with customer requirements
and company objectives
* Serve as the primary customer interface for project updates, scope
clarification, and issue resolution
* Drive coordination between internal teams and external manufacturing partners
* Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement recovery
plans when needed
* Manage post-sale changes and ensure proper technical and operational
execution
* Coordinate technical problem-solving with quality and supplier teams
* Track key project metrics and provide clear status repo
