RTB Engineer at BairesDev

As an RTB Engineer, you will drive the development of high-throughput real-time bidding systems to ensure seamless ad transactions. You will lead technical efforts to reduce system latency and improve auction dynamics for programmatic advertising.

What You'll Do

Architect and scale real-time bidding platforms to handle high-volume auction traffic with minimal latency.
Build and maintain integrations with diverse SSPs and DSPs using the OpenRTB protocol.




Implement and optimize header bidding solutions to maximize inventory yield and reach.
Ensure system compliance with IAB industry standards across all ad exchange integrations.
Monitor and tune system performance to achieve deterministic, low-latency execution in production.

What We Are Looking For

5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on AdTech or programmatic advertising.
Proven expertise in implementing and optimizing the OpenRTB protocol and header bidding solutions.
Extensive experience with SSP/DSP integrations and working with IAB standards.
Strong proficiency in latency optimization for real-time bidding platforms and high-throughput systems.
Solid understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including ad exchanges and real-time bidding operations.
Advanced proficiency in English.
