We're partnering with leading AI research labs to build the next generation of AI systems capable of reasoning through real-world security incidents. As a Security Operations Analyst, your hands-on SOC experience will directly shape how AI detects, investigates, and responds to threats — making it smarter, faster, and more accurate for the analysts who rely on it.
If you've spent time in the trenches triaging alerts, hunting threats, or managing incident response, this is your opportunity to turn that expertise into something that scales globally.
Analyze realistic SOC scenarios, security alerts, and incident data to assess what's happening and why it matters
Classify alert severity, identify root causes, and recommend appropriate response actions
Review and evaluate AI-generated investigation workflows and detection logic for accuracy and real-world alignment
Validate AI outputs to ensure they reflect how experienced analysts actually triage and respond to threats
Provide structured, expert feedback that helps frontier AI models reason through security incidents more effectively
