As an HR Generalist, you will act as the direct on-site anchor for Human Resources at the manufacturing facility,



aligning local operations with the corporate organization model. Your mission is to maintain labor stability on the production floor, enforce policy compliance, and closely support facilities management to guarantee an optimal everyday experience for all personnel.

Key responsibilities:

Shopfloor Presence: Provide timely attention to operational staff needs, resolving payroll, grievances, and everyday requests during the shift.
Absenteeism Control: Monitor and analyze production line absenteeism, implementing strategies to reduce its impact.
Disciplinary Actions: Execute warnings and administrative records ( actas administrativas ) according to the Federal Labor Law.
Offboarding Management: Coordinate terminations, resignations, and labor suspensions within the legal framework.
Onboarding & Hiring: Manage physical/digital employee files, contract signings, and system registrations.
Workplace Climate: Help execute team-building events, wellness ca
