About The Role

Sr. Design Engineer professional assembles documentation packages, performs some calculations with regard to technical design, and develops detailed drawings using relevant tools.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sr. Design Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Own mechanical designs, assemblies,



and equipment layouts.
Lead design activities from concept through production implementation.
Develop and review 3D models and drawings using Creo Parametric.
Ensure accuracy of drawings, specifications, and bills of materials.
Manage product revisions and engineering changes in Windchill.
Maintain accurate part and BOM data within SAP.
Make technical decisions based on performance, risk, and manufacturability.
Apply GD&T;, tolerance analysis, and DFM principles.
Lead design reviews and resolve technical issues.
Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Coordinate deliverables with manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and testing.
Manage priorities, risks, commitments, and delivery dates.
Provide technical guidance, peer reviews, and mentoring.
Identify and implement design and process improvements.
Translate product and business needs into HVAC design solutions.
