AIG distribution teams help to find insurance solutions in areas including Financial Lines, Property, Casualty, Specialty Lines, Cyber, Multinational Clients, and High Net Worth individuals. We are reimagining how we help customers to manage risk, transforming our operating model, and reshaping our role responsibilities and career pathways. How you will create an impact
Focused to generate new business opportunities and strategies through a correct pipeline management.




Maintain and develop business relationship with appointed brokers and other related business partners.
Initiate and organize events, seminars, trainings and other promotional activities for brokers to increase our new business and reinforce the relationship with them.
Constantly communication of our underwriting appetite and value proposition during the different meetings with each broker.
Salesforce: Keep updated the Intelligence Profile and Broker Plan of the brokers of the assigned portfolio to align our strategies to those of each broker, as well as identify of target portfolios.
Will be a key element to achieve the AIG´s strategic growth for the next years.
In this position, you'll take your negotiation, leadership, and conflict management skills, among others, to the next level.
