GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Manage, support, control, and improve SSC standardization processes and ensure that business units receive efficiency, rigorous control, and implementation.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive and verify requisitions and purchase orders.
Prepare and place purchase orders based on schedules and system recommendations.
Resolve discrepancies and issues in the three-way matching process.
Actively participate in continuous improvement programs.
Keep internal customers informed about the progress of Shared Services Center (SSC) activities.
Comply with company standards and procedures.
Provide training and guidance to purchasing system users.
Support the indirect goods import process.
Any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EDUCATION:
Knowledge of purchasing, financial operations, or shared services.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft or Google applications (as we primarily use products within the Google functionality suite, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).




High School Diploma or Technical Degree.
Customer service skills.
Good communication skills.
Knowledge of SAP.
Basic English comprehension and communication skills preferred.
