We're looking for a Senior Application Support Engineer to support complex investment operations and trading applications that power front, middle,



and back-office functions.
This role combines deep technical troubleshooting, application support, and investment domain expertise. You'll work closely with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure high availability, resolve complex production issues, improve operational stability, and drive continuous improvements across a fast-paced trading environment.
Your Impact
Deliver Critical Trading & Application Support
Provide advanced L1/L2 production support for investment and trading platforms, ensuring high availability and operational stability.
Monitor business-critical applications, trading services, messaging components, and SaaS integrations using enterprise monitoring tools.
Respond to incidents within defined SLAs, perform impact assessments, and communicate updates to technical and business stakeholders.
Support trading-day operations, including order lifecycle
