**DESCRIPTION**
- Assure the closure of 8D´s reports.
- Planning of projects assigned to the Automotive Laboratory department.
- Management and allocation of Interior/Exterior time and resources.
- Main channel of communication with the client about the technical progress of projects in collaboration.
- Administrative support to Interior/Exterior in collaboration with the PL and the Head (project billing, follow-up with the Finance area).




- Communication and coordination of resources and personnel in collaboration with the Head and Project Leader between departments (MVS, Maintenance, Quality, HR).
- Coordination of meetings and/or visits between clients and the Interior/Exterior department.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related
- 1+ year of experience in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of project management and / or planning (Basic).
- Knowledge of plastic and/or metal automobile parts language. (Basic).
- Gather of technical information, lessons learnt, concepts and customer requirements.
- Software Microsoft Planner and Microsoft Project (Basic)
- ** Fluent** English**:
- Technical English is a plus
