**How will you make an impact in this role?**- Offer & Contract Process
- Provide timely updates to internal & external stakeholders as required
- Ensure data integrity and compliance in all activities:
- Scanning and uploading supporting documentation, and maintaining data in a compliant and timely manner
- Support additional Recruitment Operations activities, including other market support, as needed
- Contribute to ad hoc Colleague Services & CEG projects of interest
- Understand and support the US post offer process for both Experienced Hire and Campus
- Successfully process E-Offers via Taleo, obtain approvals and secure signatures on Offer Letters
- Attend weekly Background Verification call




- Submit Sign on Bonus requests via Digital Forms portal
- Contribute to ad-hoc project requests
**Minimum Qualifications**- Offer & Contract Process
