**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement robust back-end components for mobile and web apps, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Dedicate time to advancing your skills, exploring new technologies, and building Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to drive innovation.
- Ensure code quality by writing comprehensive automated unit and acceptance tests.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and technical requirements.
**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Extensive experience in software development with proficiency in Python, Java, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong expertise in SQL/NoSQL databases and designing APIs and Microservices.




- Experience leading teams and projects, with experience in agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning and innovation.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with general teams.
**Desirable Skills and Experience**
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
- Knowledge of Event-Driven Architectures.
- Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), or pair programming.
- Experience with Front-End technologies such as Angular and React.
- Understanding of containerization and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
